This Terms of Service govern your use of Speaking of Trading (the “Service”). If you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, you should check the box “I agree to the Terms of Service” indicating your agreement to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you should not check the box but you will not be able to proceed with the signing up process for the respective Service. To the extent you have access to, or are using, a Service without having completed our signing up process, you are hereby notified that your continued use of a Service is subject to many of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Account Activation and Renewal Fees. You agree to pay the activation or renewal fees incurred in connection with your user name and password for a Service at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Activation or renewal fees will be billed at the beginning of your account activation or any renewal.
Renewal. Your subscription will not be renew automatically. This means, if you do nothing, after expiration, your account will be permanently deleted with all personal data stored in our database. You will be notified of the pending renewal 7 days prior to the date your subscription renews expires.
Refunds Policies and Trials. All subscriptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. No partial refunds or trials are available.
Limitations on Use. All content on the Service, including but not limited to all text, artwork, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sound, music, and computer code, is property of or is licensed to Service or its affiliates and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws.
Except as expressly provided by these Terms of Service, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, or transmitted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Service.
Modification of Terms. The Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms of Service at any time without notice.
